A world class service on your doorstep!

The Academy helps to unlock the ability within young athletes and encourage them to progress further in sport.  It is a stepping stone for children to have access to the World Class Program Pathway, bridging the gap of young athlete potential to identified talent.  The Academy acts as a support network to children, parents and clubs resulting in greater access to facilities, training and funding.

You Can Win!

The Academy works to develop the fitness of a child to their range of movement, strength and power.  This is delivered by coaches through group fitness training or individual personal training at a club location.  Children undergo basic tests to determine their benchmark then over time through the delivery of training these results will improve throughout their sporting season.  There are additional services offered such as nutrition support, exercise physiology and basic body anatomy.  All services are geared towards the target market and delivered in a way that is easy to understand and see incredible results.

The style of training delivered is to help educate the child, parent and coach in to how important general health and fitness is in line with their sporting demands.   This is why the Young Athletes Training Academy offers a holistic approach to educating children, parents and coaches.

Changing the lives of individuals in sport

The lives of individuals have changed and many children lead a sedentary lifestyle.  With the influence of technology and increased awareness of crime it is often the case children are encouraged to stay indoors and not venture outside to climb trees or play street games.  And with the rapid changing lifestyles of adults, where both parents have no choice but to work full time to pay for general living, many now turn to convenience foods, such as takeaways and microwave meals.  All of this means many children no longer have the opportunity to run around and play, which ultimately can develop in to poor motor skills and lack of general functioning of the human body.  By educating children from a young age about their bodies and how they should look after them can result in less children dropping out of sport and more children getting involved.
